Welcome to the registration page for ETAPS 2024, taking place on 6–11 April, 2024 in Luxembourg!
We are looking forward to meeting you here in Luxembourg, discuss your recent research results, and spend a couple of days together. Below, you can find the registration fees and other pieces of related information.
Early registration deadline for workshops has been extended to 15 March 2024.

Besides the obvious (rooms, organisation, proceedings), the rates for satellite events (workshops, on-site competitions) include coffee breaks and lunches, and the rates for the conferences include coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.
The conference rates do not include the workshop registration, which need to be booked separately. However, the conference rates do include access to the satellite events Rust Verification Workshop, SPIN and the industry day which run in parallel to the conference.
The Rust Verification Workshop, SPIN and the industry day can be attended separately with a reduced fee which will not include the social events.

Extended Stay Support Scheme
ETAPS 2024 offers to its attendees an Extended Stay Support Scheme (IESS) aiming at enhancing scientific collaborations and diminishing the carbon footprint of scientific research activities. ETAPS 2024 attendees are encouraged to combine their visit to Luxembourg with collaborations with local researchers. More details can be found here.
