How to reach Grenoble

By plane, there are 3 airports:

• International airport of Lyon Saint-Exupery (100 km)
  There is a bus connection between Lyon Saint-Exupery and the Grenoble train station.
  Buses schedules can be found here.
• Grenoble Saint-Geoirs airport (45km)
  A bus is waiting for every arriving plane.
• The Geneva International airport (150 km)
  There is a bus connection to Grenoble. For train timetable, query the Swiss railway "from Geneva Airport to Grenoble".

By train:

There are TGV (fast train) connections with Paris (3h travel time, 7 trains/day), Lyon (1h30 travel time, 28 trains/day) and Brussels (5h travel time), international connections to Geneva (120km) and Milano.

About the Conferences Venue: Grenoble Europole

Europole is located near the Grenoble train station. It is possible to cross the train station directly, via an underground passage way (see map below).

If you are coming from further away, take the tram line "B", towards direction "Cite Internationale" and stop at "Palais de Justice".

About the Workshops Venue: UFRIM²AG, Domaine Universitaire, Saint-Martin d'Hères

The workshops will take place at the UFRIM²AG - the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of the University Joseph Fourier, Grenoble.

UFRIM²AG is situated in the Grenoble University Campus at Saint-Martin d'Hères and Gières.

Take the tramway, line B, towards direction « Giéres, plaine des sports ». Stop at "Bibliotheques Universitaires" and walk 3 minutes to the UFRIM²AG building.
