Helpful Information

The ETAPS scholarships are for students attending ETAPS 2018. Preference will be given to those:

• from countries where access to travel funds is difficult and
• are author or co-author of a paper at one of the five ETAPS main conferences.

The deadline for application is extended to the 14th of March, 2018.

Applicants are required to submit a short application (max. 1 page) electronically, as an ASCII text file. The application should contain the following information:

• your name, affiliation, and e-mail address.
• the name and e-mail address of your supervisor.
• the title of your paper, the conference at which this paper will be presented, and whether you will be presenting the paper yourself or not.
• a short explanation of the reason(s) why funding is required, indicating whether or not your university is providing any funding for your trip.
• your or your institute’s bank account details, including all necessary transfer information, like account holder and IBAN.

Please note that scholarship recipients must register and pay for participation in ETAPS, the same as other participants. The exact reimbursement procedure is to be decided.
