Registration deadlines
All deadlines are in local time (GMT).
- Early registration from 20 January 2015 to 14 February 2015.
- Normal registration from 15 February 2015 to 10 March 2015.
- Late registration from 11 March 2015 to 10 April 2015.
- On-site registration from 11 April 2015 to 18 April 2015.

A reduced fee applies to members of EATCS, EAPLS and EASST if a valid personal membership number is provided. Students must provide documentation of their student status (student card, letter from the department Head, etc.) by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The discount (for members and students) will be verified after the registration.
If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until the full required payment has been received.
Conference fees include:
- ETAPS 2015 participant kit
- Access to the sessions of all main conferences and tutorials Mon 13 - Fri 17 April
- Lunches Mon 13 - Fri 17 April
- 2 coffee breaks per day Mon 13 - Fri 17 April
- Welcome reception on Mon 13 April
The conference banquet on Wednesday 15 April is not included and costs 70 GBP extra that is added to the main conference fee. At the same rate, you can buy extra tickets for the event.
Fees for satellite events
Attendees should register for all workshop days they wish to attend (e.g. if you are registering for a 2-day workshop, then please register for both of its days).

The workshop fees include:
- access to the workshops
- lunches during the day(s) of the workshop
- 2 coffee breaks per day during the day(s) of the workshop
The pre- and post-workshop dinners, on Sunday 12 and Saturday 18 April are not included and cost 60 GBP extra each, that is added to the workshop fees. At the same rate, you can buy extra tickets for the event.
Cancellation policies
All cancellations before 13 March 2014 will be subject to a 60 GBP cancellation fee + all additional bank costs. NO REFUNDS will be made after this date. The name on the registration may be changed without penalty.

Visa information
For information related to visa requirements to enter the UK please consult UK Visas and Immigration.
If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, ETAPS 2015 can provide such a letter to attendees whose registration has been verified. Please send your request by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide:
- your full name as it appears on your passport
- your affiliation
- your conference registration reference number
- information on whether you have a paper accepted at ETAPS 2015 (including title, conference/workshop accepted at)
- your nationality
Invitation letters will be sent to to you within 4 days of receiving your request.
Important notice: if you require a visa invitation letter and you are not verifiably affiliated to any academic institution (as an academic or a PhD student) please contact us before registering, as we want to be sure your application is genuine. If you don't contact us beforehand and you register and we are not satisfied your registration is genuine we will not write an invitation letter and will not refund the registration fees.
You will need to register for the conference before your request for an invitation letter can be processed.
No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, processed and paid in full, and any discounts have been verified.
Please note that ETAPS 2015 organisation will not refund attendees due to visa issues.
