Go to online registration. Registration does not require immediate payment.
Credit card payment is now possible through a VISA/MC certified online card payment site.
Your "draft invoice" (find the web link in your registration acknowledgement email) will turn into an "invoice", when we have checked your registration, and into an "invoice/receipt", when Nets Estonia has charged your card or your bank transfer has reached us and we have recorded the payment. So please check your status online before writing to us. Thank you!
Registration deadlines
Early registration closed 29 January 2012.
Normal registration closed 26 February 2012.
We are charging late registration rates now. As we finalize orders to our suppliers, we cannot guarantee that we can deliver exactly the same benefits to very late registrants that we have arranged for the people that registered earlier.
Fees and rates
Main conferences fee
The fee rates for the ETAPS main conferences are as follows. A reduced fee applies to members of EATCS, EAPLS and EASST if a valid personal membership number is provided. The main conferences fee includes:
- ETAPS 2012 participant kits
- proceedings of all main conferences (= 6 Springer LNCS volumes) on a USB stick
- local proceedings of all workshops on a USB stick
- access to sessions of all main conferences Mon-Fri 26-30 March
- lunches Mon-Fri 26-30 March
- 2 coffee breaks per day Mon-Fri 26-30 March
- welcome reception Mon 26 March
The banquet Wed 28 March is not included and costs 60 EUR extra that is added to the main conference fee.
Additional tickets to the welcome reception and banquet can be purchased for 40 EUR resp. 60 EUR.
Printed copies of proceedings of the main conferences are not included. A limited number of them are available for purchase together with registration.
Workshop fees
Workshop participants are charged a fee for the individual workshops they register for and a workshops-only fee, if they do not register for the main conferences.

The workshops-only fee includes:
- ETAPS 2012 participant kits
- local proceedings of all workshops on a USB stick
The pre-workshops dinner Sun 25 March, post-workshops dinner Sat 31 March and CMCS dinner Sat 31 March cost 50 EUR extra that is added to the workshops-only fee.
Additional tickets to these dinners can be purchased for the same price.
The fee of an individual workshop includes:
- access to the particular workshop
- lunches during the day(s) of that workshop
- 2 coffee breaks per day during the day(s) of that workshop
- in some cases, a printed copy of the local proceedings of that workshop
Modalities of payment
We accept bank transfers (the so-called SEPA payments in EUR or else international bank transfers where the transmitter pays all bank charges) and payments by credit card.
Onsite payment will be by credit card only.
Cancellation policy
If we receive a cancellation notice before 19 March 2012 (sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), we will return the fee, withholding a handling fee 50 EUR but not more than 25 pct of the fees we received and all bank costs incurred on us. Later cancellations will generally yield no refund. But we may return the fee in some exceptional circumstances.
In case of a more global force majeure (volcanic eruption, nuclear accident, collapse of the Euro, ...), we cannot guarantee anything.
