ETAPS 2010 Registration categories

ETAPS 2010 has three registration periods, which apply to all of its events:

• early before February 15
• normal between February 16 and February 28 extended to March 7
• late after March 1 March 8 (including on-site registration during ETAPS 2010)

For the main conferences ETAPS 2010 has four registration categories: Academia Member, Academia Non-Member, Industry and Student. The Academic-Member category refers to members of EATCS, EAPLS, or EASST who can register for the ETAPS main conferences at a reduced academia fee.
All other parts of ETAPS 2010 only have one category.

ETAPS Main Conferences Fees

The registration fees for the ETAPS main conferences are as follows:

• (*) As an academic member of EATCS, EAPLS, or EASST you can register for the ETAPS main conferences at a reduced academia fee. You will be asked to provide your membership details (organisation and membership number) on the registration form. You may want to join one of these organisations before proceeding with your registration.
• (**) When applying for Students registration, we ask you to present evidence that you are indeed enrolled as a student upon arrival at the conference venue at the Registration Desk, e.g., by showing us your student id.
• All fees include the attendance to the ETAPS main conferences, to the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks from Monday through Friday.
• The Main Conferences Banquet is not included in the registration fees. Tickets have to be bought in advance when registering online.
• Lunches are not included in the main conferences registration fees, but we provide the option to participants to register for lunches through the on-line registration form by choosing the dates on which they wish to take our lunch option. The lunch consists of a full buffet lunch (25 €) at the conference hotel. (The price includes mineral water; you have to pay for additional drinks.)
• Academia and Industry, but not Students, registration fees include a copy of the proceedings of two ETAPS conferences, which can be selected on the registration form. Delegates can also order any number of additional copies of the proceedings (at reduced prices) on the registration form (CC: 27 Euro; ESOP: 39 Euro; FASE: 31 Euro; FOSSACS: 31 Euro; TACAS: 31 Euro).

Satellite Event Fees

• It is possible to register for satellite events without registering for the ETAPS main conferences, but in that case there is a surcharge of €50 to cover general organisation expenses; this surcharge has to be paid only once independent of the number of chosen satellite events.
• Unlike the registration to the main conferences, the registration fee for all satellite events includes lunch in addition to the morning and afternoon coffee breaks. This includes the two half-day tutorials taking place on Sunday 21st March 2010. Note that participants registering to both of these half-day tutorials will be refunded the amount of 25 Euro.
• Satellite events may be cancelled if attendee numbers are too low. If this is the case you will be eligible for a refund for that event or have the option to select an alternative event. Cancellation of satellite events will be decided by 5th March 2010.
• There will be a Joint Workshops Pre-Conference Dinner on Sunday, 22nd March 2009 and a Joint Workshops Post-Conference Dinner on Saturday, 28th March 2009. There will also be a separate CMCS dinner for the celebration of the workshop’s 10th anniversary. Tickets have to be bought in advance when registering.

Social Event Fees

There are several social events included in the ETAPS program. Except for the Welcome Reception which is included in the regular registration fees, tickets for the other events have to be paid for separately and are priced as follows:

• Sunday, 21st March 2010: Joint Workshops Pre-Conference Dinner (50 Euro per ticket);
• Wednesday, 24th March 2010: Main Conferences Banquet at the (60 Euro per ticket);
• Saturday, 27th March 2010: Joint Workshops Post-Conference Dinner (50 Euro per ticket).
• Saturday, 27th March 2010: CMCS Dinner (50 Euro per ticket).

Additional tickets for the Welcome Reception on Monday, 23rd March 2009 are priced at 28 Euro per ticket.

Accommodation

The ETAPS-Organization has secured competitive prices at the 5* hotel venue as well as a neighbouring 4* hotel. Participants can take advantage of these prices by booking through the registration system.

Additional Options
