All rooms in all categories have private bathroom, telephone, and television. The different categories correspond to different levels of size and confort.Category A includes a 5 star hotel. Category B includes 4 star hotels. Category C includes 3 star hotels.

Reservations will be made on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Hotels near the conference venue are given priority.
The name and address of the hotel will be sent to you as soon as the registration form is received.
Payments are made directly at the hotel. All major credit cards are accepted.

Support for students and young researchers

Support for participation, travel and accommodation costs is available under the Training and Mobility of Researchers (TMR) Programme of the EuropeanUnion for nationals of European Union countries (including Norway, Israel, Iceland and Liechtenstein) who are 35 years old or younger. Further information on the conditions as well as an application form are available on the web and can also be obtained by fax from the organisers. This form should be sent to the local organiser together with the registration form and a payment of PTE 20,000, not later than February 28. This amount will be refunded if only partial support can be offered and the participant decides that this is not sufficient to attend.

Full-time students who do not qualify for TMR funding can register at a reduced price of PTE 20,000 (which includes the main conferences, satellite events and tutorials but excludes proceedings and banquet). Please check the box below and send certification of full time student status.

There is a single fee covering the participation in the main conferences of ETAPS. Fees are charged as follows (in PTE):

Springer-Verlag is publishing one volume of the LNCS series for each of the five conferences.

Each participant (except students) is entitled to two volumes free of charge.
Additional volumes can be ordered with this registration form at a price of PTE 4000 each. The whole collection of five LNCS volumes can be ordered now at a price of PTE 10,000.
Springer will also accept orders at the conference but at a higher price.

Tutorials

No registration will become effective until the full amount is received.
The date that counts for early registration is the date on which the payment is received.
Refunds will only be made for cancellation requests received before March 15. All refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee.
People who register and opt for paying at the conference but do not show up will be sent an invoice for the full amount plus a surcharge of10%.
