Registration

Go to the online registration. Selection of a box opens a submenu for main conference, one-day or two-day satellite event, and others. Selection of a cross in the submenu closes it again.

Registration deadlines

All deadlines are in local time (GMT+1).

Early registration from 18 December 2015 to 1 March 2016.
Late registration from 2 March 2016 to 31 March 2016.
On-site registration from 2 April 2016 to 8 April 2016.

A reduced fee applies to members of EATCS, EAPLS, EASST and ETAPS if a valid personal membership number is provided during the registration process.
Full ETAPS registration, both Regular and Student, includes the ETAPS conference dinner at Wednesday.
For a student registration a document of the registrant's student status (student card, letter of enrollment in a graduate school, etc.) is to be produced during the registration process.

If the payment is not successful or an invalid discount has been applied, the registration will not be valid until full payment has been received.

Full ETAPS conference fees include:

ETAPS 2016 participant kit
USB-stick holding the LNCS proceedings of all main conferences
Access to the sessions of all main conferences and tutorials Monday to Thursday
Lunches on Monday to Thursday
Two coffee/tea breaks per day on Monday to Thursday
Welcome reception on Monday
Social event & conference dinner on Wednesday

Non-full ETAPS conference fees include the same items as for full ETAPS conference fees except for the social event & conference dinner on Wednesday.
Combined ETAPS and SPIN conference fees include the same items as for full ETAPS conference fees with an additional USB-stick holding the LNCS proceedings of SPIN, with subsistence extended to Friday and with the social event & conference dinner of SPIN on Thursday.

The workshop/satellite event fees include:

access to the event
USB-stick holding all ETAPS workshop/satellite event material
lunch/lunches during the day/days of the event

The ETAPS Pre-Satellite Events dinner on Sunday is not included in the workshop fee. Tickets for this dinner costs € 35 extra.

Extra tickets

An extra ticket for the ETAPS Pre-Satellite Events dinner on Sunday costs € 35.
An extra ticket for the ETAPS reception on Monday is free of charge.
An extra ticket for the ETAPS conference dinner on Wednesday costs € 80.
On-site registration for the ETAPS Pre-Satellite Events dinner and on-site extra tickets dependent on availability.

Payment

Payment can be done at the end of the registration process using bank transfer, IDEAL or credit card. Please note, for a credit card payment approximately 5% charge is incurred to the ETAPS 2016 local organization.

Cancellation policies

For cancellations made before the early registration date of March 1, 2016 a refund will be made taking a fee of € 50 into account, to cover administration and banking costs. After March 1, 2016 no refund will be made; the registration can be changed to carry another name, if desired. Visa information

For information related to visa requirements to enter the Netherlands please consult the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service.

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, such can be provided to attendees who are author or co-author of a paper accepted by one of the main ETAPS conferences or satellite events. your nationality
your affiliation
title of your paper and ETAPS 2016 main conference or satellite event for which the paper is accepted.

You need to register for the ETAPS main conference and/or satellite events before your request for an invitation letter can be processed. No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, processed and paid in full, and the eligibility of your request can be assessed. Please note that ETAPS 2016 organisation will not refund attendees due to visa issues after the early registration deadline (see above).

Student Scholarships

A limited number of student scholarships, in particular for students who are co-author of a paper of one of the main ETAPS conferences, is made available by the ETAPS association. See the webpage on ETAPS 2016 Student Scholarships.
