ETAPS Main Conferences Fees

The registration fees for the ETAPS main conferences are as follows. A reduced fee applies to members of EATCS, EAPLS or EASST if a valid personal membership number is provided.  Students will be asked to show a proof of their student status at the conference registration desk.

The main conference registration includes:
  • all administrative costs,
  • proceedings of main conferences (LNCS) on a USB-stick,
  • conference material,
  • reception on Mon, March 28,
  • excursion/banquet on Wed, March 30 (except student registration)
  • participation in any of the main conferences Mon-Fr,
  • coffee breaks Mon-Fri,
  • lunches Mon-Fri,
  • free unlimited local public transport Mon-Fri.
The main conference registration does not include paper proceedings.  A limited number of printed main conference proceedings is available for advance purchase, at very attractive prices. The volumes will be handed out at the conference registration desk.  Additional excursion/banquet tickets are available for Euro 100 per ticket.  

Cancellation Policy

If a participant is unable to attend ETAPS 2011 because of force majeure (e.g., volcanic ash causing flight cancellation) or because of visa denial, their registration fee and accommodation payments will be refunded in full, except for a Euro 50 administrative charge.

Workshop Fees

Note: TOSCA is not a workshop. It is an ETAPS 2011 associated event. TOSCA is treated here like a workshop for administrative simplicity.

The Workshop-only fee applies in case no main conference registration is requested.

A pre-workshop dinner (Sat, March 26) and a post-workshop dinner (Sat, April 2) will be organized, and can be booked for Euro 50 per participant.
