The main conferences will take place in the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music (Warsaw, ul. Okolnik 2), located in the very center of Warsaw, near the main campus of Warsaw University, not far from the Old Town. Many places of interest are within an easy walking distance from there. Good public transport connections are available from/to anywhere in Warsaw.

The satellite events will be held at the Ochota Campus of Warsaw University in the buildings of: Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics and Heavy Ion Laboratory.
